Access to the property is via a shared entrance, with stairs leading to the first floor where the apartment is located. Upon entering the apartment, you ll step into a welcoming entrance hall leading to an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, three bedrooms and a bathroom. In the lounge area, there are comfortable sofas that make for a peaceful place to relax and watch your favourite TV programmes or admire the outstanding views over the beach through the patio doors. The dining area has a small table, while the compact kitchen area is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
