It is a remarkable period residence that has been lovingly enhanced and modernised to provide supreme comfort while retaining its old-world charm.

With lovely views, our fabulous Georgian detached holiday home is steeped in history. The property has a secure private south-facing walled garden and patio perfect for families. It boasts views of King John Castle and Carlingford Lough and is located in a quiet area yet only a 3 min stroll to the Carlingford centre.

The property is fully equipped to accommodate ten adults, and in addition, it has two cots and a highchair available for families. The ground floor has a superb open plan, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with a fireplace. There is also a separate sitting room complete with a smart TV and fireplace.

The ground floor also has a conservatory with seating that opens out onto the patio and a large garden with a dining set. The fully equipped large utility is also located on the ground floor.

This is a super house in a quiet location 2 mins walk to the village. It has views over Carlingford lough and King Johns Castle. The house is a period property but has been renovated to a high standard. It has retained its open fires but has a modern kitchen with all appliances fitted from new. There is a walled in spacious garden ideal for children and lots to do in the area. The greenway and the marina are within walking distance as are all the pubs and restaurants. Off st parking is available
