The two-bedroom apartment is tastefully refurbished and decorated stylishly with contemporary vintage-inspired pieces, giving the restful ambience a chic twist.
SPACES BEDROOMS Both bright and airy bedrooms have a south-facing aspect and are furnished with comfortable double beds, clothes rail and luggage rack, and have wall-mounted televisions.
LIVING AREA The living area is to the rear of the open plan kitchen-dining-living room, with a stylish L-shaped couch and wall-mounted TV making the most of the space. The sitting room area opens onto a generously-sized outdoor terrace balcony - with plenty of room for sunbathing or outdoor dining.
KITCHEN AND DINING AREA The stylish minimalist kitchen is decorated with clean lines, using white units and a marbled worktop. The kitchen area includes a full-size fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. A vintage style round dining table seats four.
OUTSIDE SPACE The large balcony terrace is nestled at the back of the apartment, away from the street offering a spacious extra dimension to the apartment, for entertaining or relaxing in total privacy.
BATHROOM The shower room is luxuriously decorated with feature tiling, a double-width sink and rain shower.

ACCESS
The approach to the apartment is by a private entry door, leading to a spacious entrance hall and a wide stairway up to the living areas. Parking is on-street. The entrance hallway is flooded with natural light from a skylight above, and a framed map of the Dingle Peninsula sits on the wall beside the door, to remind the visitor of all the surrounding area has to offer. The large space here is perfect for storing a buggy or luggage, and a washer, dryer, storage cupboard and ironing board are cleverly tucked in, utilising the under stairs space.
