Property Overview

Built in 1916 as housing for English Railway workers, this modern townhouse now sits in a beautiful location near the river. Opposite the somewhat iconic Osney Power Station – the first powerplant in Oxford – it's also within walking distance of some of the finest bars and restaurants. The house is modern after a renovation in 2017, where the addition of skylights also brightens the home. The garden is a nice bonus here, where garden furniture and a barbecue occupy the deck in the backyard.

Home truths:
*As there are stairs to climb here, it might not be the best option for those with reduced mobility.
*Your host asks that you remove your shoes inside.
*Though there's a coffee machine here, no pods are supplied. The nearest supermarket for stocking up is a twelve-minute walk away.
*Hen and stag parties are strictly not allowed at this home.
*Your host can provide a cot for little ones – just bring your own linen. There's also a high chair available for use.
