Patio doors lead out to a seaward facing balcony with views of Capstone Hill and Wildersmouth beach and where you can enjoy the most amazing sunsets over the sea. There is a gated secure car park with parking for one car and lockable store for a bike or surfboards. 5 Arlington Villas is a wonderful choice for a relaxing, traditional seaside holiday. There are six steps up to the front entrance of the apartment block.

Ilfracombe is a bustling seaside town situated on a beautiful stretch of North Devon coastline, with five beaches, much of it owned by the National Trust. Ilfracombe is only a ten minute drive from Exmoor National Park, with its rolling countryside and quaint villages. Ilfracombe's heritage harbour and quay are spectacular, with many pubs, restaurants (including three listed in the Michelin Guide 2017) and shops that create a lively, friendly atmosphere.
