Holiday home
The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, wine cooler and a dishwasher and a living/dining room with dining seating for six guests, TV and a woodburning stove. There are three double bedrooms, one with a TV, as well as a ground-floor shower room and a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear patio with furniture, and roadside parking is available. Within 1.6 miles you will find a shop and within 0.2 miles, a pub and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 43 Waddow View is a lovely base for a family to escape to Lancashire. Note: Check-in from 1pm, check-out at 11am.

Area
A lovely, lively town on the fringe of the Forest of Bowland Region of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Lancashire. Clitheroe is the excellent base for a trip, it offers a wonderful selection of all amenities from a local market to individual stores, plenty of pubs and restaurants to choose from. The town also includes a Grade I listed castle which also offers a maze and a museum for the youngsters to visit. On a wet day you can visit the Edisford Sports Complex with its swimming pool and football pitch. On the outskirts of Clitheroe there lies the old Brungerley Bridge and the activity-filled Waddow Hall is worth a visit. As well as the Forest of Bowland, the town falls within driving distance of the Yorkshire Dales National Park and the Nidderdale AONB, a fantastic position for you walkers and bikers.
