The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area comprising of a kitchen fit with an electric oven and hob kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, a dining room with seating for two and a sitting area with a TV. Upstairs, there is a double bedroom, whilst a shower room is location on the ground floor. There is parking available at an additional charge in a nearby car park. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub. Please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property.
