Meghan has turned 40 and she's announced it to the world in a new birthday video from her Montecito mansion two months after the birth of her daughter.
In a clear statement of intent that she's not planning to stay in the background over the next decade, she's joined by superstar actor Melissa McCarthy to launch yet another plan in a chilled-out message as her dog snoozes on a cushion in the background.
Her 40 x 40 initiative calls on 40 of her Hollywood and high profile worldwide friends to donate 40 minutes of their time to mentor a woman who lost her job during Covid and wants to re-enter the workforce. She's contacted world leaders, athletes and activists and artists to join in including designer Stella McCartney, singer Adele, poet Amanda Gorman and Sophie Gregoire Trudeau, wife of Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
It's confident, it's relaxed and it's strong and Harry is nowhere to be seen apart from through a window where he appears to be juggling for comic effect.
She gives us a glimpse of her Montecito home style in the background and she's wearing a simple ribbed tank top in white and loose fitting cropped white pants and a soft cream knit. In another nod to the classics she's sporting tan Manolo Blank heels and the most noteworthy part of her outfit are two unusual constellation necklaces by Los Angeles-based jewelry design Logan Hollowell depicting a Taurus, son Archie's astrological sign and a Gemini, daughter Lilibet's star-sign.
