We came to Dublin to celebrate an anniversary. We spent five nights at the Dublin Westin, but we knew what to expect ,because we had emailed Anne-Marie before arrival. From her first email we felt welcome . Better yet was meeting her. Her attitude and affability does Westin proud. Anne -Marie added small and thoughtful kindnesses to each part of our stay. She reflects beautifully Irish and Westin hospitality We loved our stay.

My family came to the Westin Dublin and had a fantastic experience from their staff. Over the years, I have stayed at many SPG properties worldwide, yet was very impressed at the level of care the staff took towards my family to make sure we had the proper room and care. 2 times we were moved (with our consent), to make sure our needs were met. The location of the hotel is also fantastic, right near Temple Bar, the center of Dublin. Great food nearby (Klaw was our tops), and pubs. Concierge can help you reach all the hot spots via cab: Guinness Brewery, Teeling Whiskey Distillery, Kilmainham Gaol Museum/Prison. Maybe it's the culture in Ireland, maybe it's something else. Regardless, I really felt it was a much better experience during this stay at an SPG property here than I've had in a long time.

This place has a wonderful location. Every single staff member goes above and beyond for you- from the bellman, front desk, nighttime security- whatever you need and ask for is accommodated. We stayed 7 days over St Patrick's day and just had a lovely time. I travel the world for work (although this was pleasure) and this hotel will hands down be my new go to as I frequent Dublin often. Look no further- book right now.

Beautiful hotel, handsomely appointed furnishings and top notch staff. We arrived the day Ophelia was making her debut. Nonetheless, the doorman sprang into action, assisting with our luggage and escorting us in to the hands of your brilliant front desk staff and capable associates. Our bags were stowed, we were able to partake in breakfast while awaiting our room - earlly check in request ws for 1000. Due to the storm there was a lot of activity going on as flights were cancelled, transportation was stopped but everything appeared to move along like a well oiled machine. The hotel is in the center of Dublin, close to many tourist attractions. We were able to walk around and enjoy the local sites. The double room with a view...nice, mattress not so comfortable, bathroom soaker tub was to die for. The buffet breakfast was a bit pricey, but offered a variety of delicious foods including fresh fruit. We are already planning our next visit and stay at the Westin!

Our first time visit to Ireland and we just loved it! Part of the reason for such a fabulous trip was our interaction with the locals. All of the Irish people we met were friendly and very accommodating. Our first stop was Dublin and the Westin Dublin definitely made a great first impression! We noticed at check-in a double booking problem and Meena at front desk along with the Manger fixed our problem and moved us into a bigger size room! The porter, doorman and concierge were all terrific and very helpful! The hotel is located in a prime location (near Trinity College and Temple Bar) and the room was very nice, spacious and clean! Great experience!
