Top - in location, rooms, service, quality. Fantastic experience. Upon check-in we have been upgraded to a Junior Suite. Great rooms, very quiet, including a Butler service (free ironing, packing, unpacking). We also enjoyed daily fresh fruit, a bottle of champagne, cookies. Breakfast is à la carte - beautifully presented, perfect service. Would I stay here again and would recommend this hotel? Oh yes, for sure !!!

“London's finest jewel!”
I had the pleasure of staying in this hotel recently and what a wonderful experience it was. From the moment we arrived until we left the staff were friendly, efficient and extremely helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Check-in process was painless and we were given a quick tour of the hotel and shown where the bar area and restaurant was. Our room was beautiful and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and everything in the room could be worked automatically by tablets dotted about and at the touch of a button we could call a butler for anything that we needed. The Bathroom was spacious with a separate bath and shower. Lots of lovely thick towels and face clothes. Robes and slippers even the products not your usual little samples but big bottles! Our room faced the front and it is a busy area but we didn't hear any noise from outside and actually there was no noise from inside the hotel either probably the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in!
Great choice for breakfast none of the usual buffet everything freshly cooked /prepared and bought to the table. I have stayed in a good many hotels around the world including London and this is by far the best can't wait to go back!

“One of the finest hotels in London”
A beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The staff are so friendly and make everything just perfect. The rooms are well-appointed and everything is luxurious - the baths are so deep you can float in them, just lovely. The food isn't quite what it might be, but it's still very good, and the overall experience is wonderful.
