“Anniversary Weekend ”

Arriving separately we found the location perfect, being very close to Tower Hill Underground Station. The staff are efficient and friendly with an excellent bar where you can enjoy a drink. We did not eat at the hotel as we were revisiting the area we began our working lives and therefore using some of our old haunts. The room was well equipped with a king size bed and excellent bathroom. All areas of the hotel appeared clean and well maintained. A note of caution would be that the room (801) was close to a lift shaft therefore we did experience some noise.
We were unaware of this at the time of booking but were offered a room change when we reported the noise to reception. As we had retired to bed we declined however.

“Great hotel for first time visitors to London”

Loved this hotel! Fabulous location! My 17 year old and I did a spur of the moment first time visit to London in August ! The hotel was perfect as we arlimentwanted to see the Tower of London tower bridge take a cruise on the river Thames and do the London eye! All in the same day! Tower of London was right next door! The underground was also right next door and we were able to hop on and off easily with an Oyster card so we could see Westminster Buckingham palace Big Ben Parliament etc... Rooms were large for overseas with minibar and amenities! The staff was welcoming and helpful! And there was a conveyor belt sushi restaurant!

Very relaxing- clean hotel- lovely! Staff excellent- well done to all beautiful décor throughout the hotel. Very impressive
