I have visited many 5 star hotels in London including The Ritz, The Savoy and Claridges. The Berkeley is by far my favourite hotel. The modern rooms are spotless and comfortable with all the extras that you require. The rooftop pool is fabulous. However one of the best things is the friendly helpful staff that you don't always get in top hotels in London. I recently stayed at the Berkeley for my birthday celebration and the staff couldn't do enough for us including an upgrade . The concierge , reception staff and porters are all brilliant.

“Beautiful Hotel - Beautiful Experience”
Our daughter/mother four-day stay surpassed all expectations. Outstanding service began with our first steps from the taxi and continued at check-in, spot-on assistance from the concierge, the Blue Room personalities, room service, the roof top pool, Spa environment & technicians and and and . . . Our room was superiorly appointed and the small patio provided a great morning coffee view. Diverse shopping awaits you in about ten minutes should you choose to walk.

“Extraordinary hotel”
I stayed here several months ago and still remember how much I loved every detail. The blue room is so fun for drinks. The street is quiet but you are steps away from Harrods. The service is extraordinary and quessential London. There truly is nothing better. Also the bathrooms are beautiful!
