This place is outstanding. The surroundings is beautiful and peaceful. The suite was lovely and clean and plenty of space.
Food was Marvelous. We had a room service breakfast and there was more than we bargained for... I was happy..... and the staff are so friendly and helpful. They even sent us up a lovely glass of prosecco to our room to celebrate our anniversary. I would 100% stay here again. Loved it.

The restaurant staff i.e. breakfast team deserve acknowledgment for going above and beyond their duties. They took care of all the customers whilst adhering through the restrictions of Covid. Hats off to the team there! The breakfast itself was great.. So much variety. Porridge was cooked to perfection. Front desk team are highly commendable as well. Very attentive to us and prompt in answering.

We had our wedding day here this month. Despite having to postpone and have a restricted wedding due to Covid it was everything we could have wished for. The reason we originally chose this hotel for our special day was mainly due to how much we liked Zusanna, she is just fabulous. When Covid struck Yvonne was great in helping us rearrange for a date in December and she made sure that we had the best possible day. All our guests had a great day and had only good things to say about the food, the venue and the hotel employees, special shout out to Anthony and Liam for looking after us so well.

"70th birthday celebration"
I absolutely love this hotel!! My mum celebrated her 70th bday there yesterday and booked a banqueting room, the service from the staff was Amazing! So attentive, professional and thoughtful. Huge thanks! Beautiful hotel and lovely staff, highly recommend!

Reception assistance
Lovely stay in St.Helens, breakfast was good, comfortable rooms but especially the assistance at reception was fantastic. The staff were very friendly & helpful. Claudia was especially helpful & so much so we wanted to commend her for her professionalism, friendly nature & assistance.

If you visit - got to get the code for the pillows- they're amazing. I am not one that sleeps well outside of my own bed. That said, I had the best sleep in months in this Radisson hotel. will definitely visit again and will certainly remember to get the code for myself !!

"Relaxing Graduation Stay"
Having just graduated from college I booked the hotel for a relaxing night away. I had originally booked without breakfast, I messaged the property beforehand and received quick and clear correspondence, they had updated my option to include breakfast.

On check in the reception staff were very helpful and could clarify and check this correspondence. To my surprise I received an upgrade to a suite at no extra cost. This made a special occasion even more memorable. The room itself was spacious , had separate living/sleeping/bathroom areas as well as a balcony with view to front fountain. This would be gorgeous in the summer time when the weather is a bit warmer. Two TVs in the room with cable TV and also Netflix which was a good touch, as I have found previously that Netflix never works in hotels or there is always a connection issue.

The breakfast was lovely and plentiful. It is worth mentioning that the hotel is served by three regular bus routes. The 145 ,155 and 46a all stop right outside the hotel, you can also catch these buses on the opposite side of the road to head to the city centre (takes about 20-30 mins). All staff were courteous and helpful throughout the stay. I will definitely return to this hotel in the future, would recommend.
