Property Overview

Luton Hoo, one of the country's finest five star hotels, is a complete destination and yours to experience and enjoy.

Beyond the magnificent facade of the Mansion House which greets guests on arrival, lies a 5 star hotel on the border of Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire, which is like no other in the home counties.

The hotels offers a wide range of room and suite options to suit your taste and budget, and each one has been individually furnished and decorated to reflect its unique character, sometimes featuring silk lined and panelled walls, marble fireplaces and ornately decorated ceilings. Nearly all of the rooms also afford stunning views of the gardens and rolling parkland beyond.

Behind its imposing grandeur, the atmosphere in the pillared halls and elegant lounges is very relaxed and welcoming and this is reflected also in Luton Hoo's restaurants from the exquisite fine dining of The Wernher Restaurant to the Adam’s Brasserie, housed within the historic Stables building, which serves fine cuisine and more familiar fare in a distinctly laid back setting.

The historic stables, designed by Robert Adam, are also home to a luxurious spa, a fully equipped gym and a stunning indoor pool with views onto woods and grounds.

The 1000 acre estate hosts a perfect Championship 18 hole golf course with a choice of lessons and break packages to suit all needs and levels.

Thanks to its convenient location and the high tech, first class conference and meeting rooms, Luton Hoo can cater for the most demanding business and social events.

A more romantic wedding venue would be hard to find and weddings at Luton Hoo come with a certain Royal approval, with even Queen Elizabeth and the Duke of Edinburgh often returning to the Mansion House in the early years of their marriage to celebrate their wedding anniversary.

“Lovely Setting - Grand Building and Grounds”

My friends held their wedding party here and started with a champagne reception before adjourning for the wedding meal. Everything was first class and silver service. Top notch. The food and wines were first class.

A fantastic place for a wedding reception as the building and grounds are so beautiful and the service and response from all the staff here is spot on.

We stayed the night and had a large room in the annex - very quiet and comfortable with complimentary bottled water and coffee/tea.

We all had a lovely day here and a great time. Perfect!

“Great way to spend my birthday”

This year, for my birthday, I decided I wasn't going to plan loads of events to drag my birthday out - getting on a bit now so asked for it to be low key.

Luckily for me, my partner had booked afternoon tea at Luton Hoo! The venue is stunning, the gardens are picturesque and the attentiveness of the staff is sublime.

Because of all the above factors, the afternoon tea experienced was pretty much flawless...despite me coming out feeling a massive fatty.

It'd be a shame not to go if you've ever got the chance.

“Stayed for a wedding ”

Love, love , love this place !
Beautiful gardens, beautiful rooms, fantastic staff, fantastic facilities.
Drinks are a little dear, but the food served by the means of a buffet was wonderful.
There seemed to be lots of people having afternoon tea and it looked lovely.
We stayed in the building away from the main house and a private - hotel- owned taxi collected us and took us to the main house whenever we needed to get there .
We were accommodated at the night bat until the very early hours with the rest of the wedding party and the staff were friendly polite and accommodating
The house and gardens are steeped in history ... It's worth a Google - wins ton Churchill have a speech to thousands here

We will definitely return ....
