"Great experience
Best location in London ?, stroll through Mayfair, Knightsbridge or across the road to Green Park / Buck Palace. It's fairly expensive but worth it. The service from all staff was second to none.
Bed's were large and incredibly comfy, classy décor throughout the hotel, beautiful bar area. Clientele is an international mix of tourists and business people but overall atmosphere is relaxed. There is also a spa onsite which I didn't visit.
Breakfast included plenty of choice, only criticism was that they didn't do a cooked to order traditional English breakfast. Overall a really good hotel in a top location.

"Top location, great service"
We went for a long weekend to London. We had a very spacious room and a fantastic bed. After some time we detected very small glass particles hiding in the carpet.
We mentioned it to the reception and they took immediately care of businesses!
Great service on a top location!

"Amazing food"
We ate here as a huge treat for our anniversary.
Amazing food.
Meals deceivingly large! They don't look big but gosh, were we full. Couldn't manage pudding.
We arrived absolutely sodden, had to change and dry off in the bathroom. We were welcomed with open arms into the bar.
Friendly staff.
Really enjoyable experience we will never forget. Hoping to stay at the hotel one day.

"Great Experience"
When you stay in any Hotel in Park Lane you know that generally you are going to receive great service. Well, we did indeed receive excellent service, but more importantly it came across as extremely natural and genuine. Great follow up and good interaction with the staff throughout the stay. Very comfortable beds and fantastic showers. We highly recommend this Hotel. Stayed on the 4th floor and rooms were very clean, but starting to look in need of some refurbishment. Definitely coming back!

"Stellar Stay in London"
We visited the InterContinental London Park Lane on our recent visit to the city, several months after being married at an InterContinental property in New York City. The hotel and its staff did not disappoint. The hotel itself is gorgeous and well maintained, though the standard rooms are on the smaller side as is expected in London. When an air conditioning leak was discovered in our room, the hotel manager called me promptly and arranged for us to be moved to an upgraded, slightly larger room with a view of Hyde Park. We did not eat at the restaurants, but enjoyed drinks (and terrific service) at the hotel bar.

The only issue we had with this property was the lack of room upgrade on checking in. I am a Spire Elite IC member who was celebrating my wedding with my wife, and was only upgraded following the air conditioning leak. The lack of upgrades seems standard across IHG properties, which does not encourage loyalty as much as competitor programs. That said, we still recommend this property.
