Spa day Myself and 7 friends had a spa day last Saturday :: we had two treatments each and afternoon tea ,,, it was a fabulous day nobody rushed us and all the treatments were fabulous, the food for the afternoon tea was finger licking good ,, empty plates , we had this in the bar ,,, one complaint was the toilets in the ladies in the main hotel foyer were filthy : every single one of us said it ,,

Fantastic! The staff are professional and very serene. Treatments are exceptional if a little expensive, however the hydro pool, Hammam suite, Thermal beds and quiet room are worth it! In addition, the slice of melon, fruit juice and smoothie top the treat off. We will be back!

Amazing went for a spa day with my daughter to Fota, and it was simply fabulous. the facilities are fab, lovely staff, really nice. used the hydrotherapy suite and the pool, absolutely beautiful. I had the hot stone massage and my daughter an indian head massage, and was absolutely fabulous. Fota well deserves it's 5 star status. The hotel itself is beautiful and the grounds on the way into the hotel are gorgeous, so well kept. couldn't recommend hit highly enough.

Relaxing break I visited the hotel on the may bank holiday with my mother and sister as it was my birthday and I cannot fault the hotel in the slightest. The staff are so friendly and go above and beyond to cater to every need of their guests. It was a busy weekend as there was a concert on and it was hard to find a taxi, the one we had booked canceled and the concierge went out of their way to arrange a lift for us into Cobh. Breakfast was beautiful with a huge selection of foods. Bedrooms were so clean spacious and comfortable. We loved every minute of our stay and we didnt want to leave. Cannot recommend the spa and thermal suite enough. The staff are amazing at their jobs in the spa and leisure centre and help you out as much as they could. Have to mention the lovely man that that greeted us at the door. His name was Sean and he was so friendly and made us feel so welcome. Overall a great stay and I can't wait to go back there.

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay" Absolutely loved the Hotel. Found the staff so friendly and obliging. They were so good with my little 2 year old grand-child and the teddy bear "Bea" waiting for us on arrival just made our stay and hers. I had an Indian Head massage which was really good and I loved the facilities both before and after the massage. The Hydrotherapy area is beautiful and the swimming pool equally so. Only slight negative is that I felt the staff were under a lot of pressure as it was busy. They handled it very well but could have done with a bit more help. At breakfast on both days there was a young lady cooking eggs in the corner of the dining room and she had a queue of orders. I would think it would be better if requests for omelettes were looked after in the kitchen. I gave my order but then went back up a few minutes later and cancelled it as it would have taken too long. This was just one small matter during a very enjoyable stay. Would definitely go back again.
