Fitzwilliam Hotel

Amazing! We felt welcomed from the second we arrived, a really nice entrance to the hotel reception and greeted by a really nice gentlemen. I’m not sure his name but he was bald and had glasses, he needs a special mention as he was wonderful and really accommodating.
All the staff in the downstairs bar/restaurant were very nice & professional too. Lovely food & huge range of cocktails.
Love the details in the room even though I think it’s just the standard one. Highly recommend staying here & we will most definitely be return customers.

Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Amazing location, friendly professional staff and the food is superb. The little treats they kept surprising us with when the found out it was our anniversary were so sweet and thoughtful. BOOK THIS HOTEL!! You won't regret it.

Stayed at the Fitzwilliam for a (COVID-Restricted) Family Wedding. I simply cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. The staff made our party of eight feel like royalty. Nothing was too much trouble. They arranged a gorgeous banquet room for us and served us a fantastic meal which tasted every bit as good as it looked!
The rooms were really nice, very modern and comfortable. If you can manage a room with balcony, I would heartily recommend it for the great views over St. Stephen's Green. Next morning, we were contacted individually by house-phone to discuss our breakfast choices, which was a long list from a full Irish to Eggs Benedict to Pastries and a wide range of tasty options. I personally recommend the full Irish, which was simply outstanding.
Secure underground parking was complimentary, which was a real bonus in such a central location.
Overall, though, it is the highly polished and thoroughly professional staff at the Fitzwilliam that made our stay unforgettable. We have decided to return there as soon as conditions allow in greater numbers to do justice to all of the family events which we have been unable to celebrate due to COVID. So thank you to all of the great folks at the Fitzwilliam for a wonderful experience which we will never forget!

I have stayed at the fitzwilliam hotel a couple of times now. First time was mainly due to its excellent location but thereon in it was solely for the outstanding service and welcome provided every time by each and every member of staff, from the lovely gents on the door/ reception to the welcoming staff at reception.
The manager on during 2 of our stays was Cormac and all I can say is he went above and beyond to make sure my stay and my parents was unforgettable. Attention to detail in this hotel is just fab.
I managed to get a visit in recently when covid restrictions lifted and we felt very safe during stay with all guidelines adhered to
It's hard to find somewhere to stay nowadays that isn't just the same old same old but this truly is set apart from the rest, in my opinion and I very much look forward to my return.

Excellent hotel, staff very friendly couldn't be more helpful, Checkin / out very easy and efficient lovely room , facilities very good. Breakfast extensive buffet coupled with varied menu from full breakfast to kippers - Both breakfasts we had all of us enjoyed

"Wonderful experience"
Winning a night away in Belfast, we had no preconceived notions on our trip. Incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming is the only way I could describe the experience. The hotel staff were exceptional but the sense of welcome was everywhere.
The hotel has a great location, we walked everywhere. The room was great, well equipped and felt like new.
We only are breakfast in the hotel, delicious easy to see why it's an award winner.

This was my second time staying at the hotel with my octogenarian mum. The staff are AMAZING, super friendly and couldn't be nicer. Hotel is smart, great location and everyone makes it a lovely stay. Highly recommend.
