“Hidden gem”

Great service, friendly staff. Really good location - 5 mins walk from Sloane Square tube and some lovely restaurants. The Single room I stayed in was very small, but well furnished. I loved the books in the room - a nice touch.

I didn't get the chance to sample the tea and biscuits or the hot chocolate - but I did arrive just in time for champagne at 6pm, which was much appreciated!

“Classic Chelsea charm”

This beautiful hotel is perfectly situated in a quite neighbourhood yet just steps away from the Underground and all that London has to offer. Each room is uniquely furnished with themed antique decor. It feels more like staying in a home rather than a hotel. Although some aspects of the hotel are looking worn it is charming and the staff are very helpful and kind.

“Elegant, Peaceful & Perfectly located!”

I stayed at the Draycott Hotel with a friend on a business/friend meet up trip. The hotel is in a quiet part of Chelsea, yet immediately behind Peter Jones and set close to many great shopping areas. It is a very discrete hotel with no doormen and a very relaxed feel. Little touches like afternoon tea & biscuits at 4, a glass of champagne at 6 and hot chocolate before bed make this hotel very personal and very decadent. Our room, which had been set up as a twin, was at the top of the hotel and overlooked Cadogan Gardens. A bit tricky to find (I got lost more than once!), but it was a pretty and spacious room, with a corridor from the entrance door and a roomy and spacious shower room, which made it seem more like an apartment. We had a bottle of wine awaiting our arrival, and we were able to relax with it on a lovely sofa and armchairs.
The staff are lovely; friendly, helpful and charming. Breakfast was a delicious selection of pastries, fruit, yoghurt etc. Beautifully presented. The only drawback was its utter silence. We were the only people having breakfast at the time and the silence was deafening! A little light music would have made it more relaxing - a small point, but would have made the difference.
A truly lovely stay. We will certainly stay here again and I would stay here even if it wasn't in the area I needed to be. A little gem in London. I for one would stay here again and I hope to very soon!
