Villa Yeats: Waterford

Located just next to Whiting Bay Ardmore, Villa Yeats is in a gated private estate of 5 acres, with its sister property Villa Galileo. You can fully appreciate the breathtaking sea views from the raised patio area which is adjoined to the living room. The property is equipped with a gas BBQ.

The house can accommodate up to 13 with two king rooms, 1 Double, 1 triple single and 1 bunk but we also have a second sitting room with 1 sofa bed.

Built in 2010, it is contemporary in style, complete with an enormous landscaped garden, some wild fields, tennis court, golf putting green and three practice pods. With two kayaks in the shed and wetsuits supplied, we also have private access to the beach from the garden.

This beautiful split level house provides a truly memorable experience for families, or reunions of friends.

Complete with WIFI, the interior boasts an enormous living / dining room leading on to a raised patio to make full use of the fabulous views. We have a second sitting room with a DVD player... ideal for a kids movie night.

Suitable for the active group with watersports on your doorstep but you can also relax and listen to the waves.

Well what can we say about Villa Yeates? This stay was amazing for a group of friends in every way, and Naoive couldn’t have been more helpful when we needed help with recommendations, and transport etc. Some highlights included the kayaks that were available to us, the fact that the beach was on our doorstep and the tennis court. It was a brilliant birthday weekend and we will be back!

The location of the house was perfect for us as we wanted to use the beach daily. It is right at the end of the garden as described. The house was great and situated 10 mins from Youghal and 20 mins from Dungarvan. Naoive was a great host and was very responsive to any request we had over our week long stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Great house with superb location beside the beach. Stayed eight nights as a large extended family group and house never felt cramped. Kids loved the days when the surf was up and had a great balance of chilling and visiting nearby attractions

We had a wonderful stay in Naoive's place. We rented Villa Galileo and Villa Yeats for my sister's hen party. It was great having the two houses side by side and very private. Exceptionally clean, all of the amenities needed were provided. Naoive went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. I'd love to come back again in the summer time as the surroundings are beautiful, lovely views of the sea and very close proximity to the Cliff House Hotel and cliff walk. Would absolutely recommend a stay here, we all had an excellent time! Thanks Naoive.
