Enjoy luxury self-catering accommodation with a privileged location overlooking Carlingford Lough in County Louth. This is a superb dwelling offering charm, peace and tranquility hidden between Omeath Village, (2 min Drive), and Carlingford village, (4 Min Drive).

This exclusive residence consists of six spacious bedrooms, (5 of which can sleep up to 6 guests), two expansive reception rooms, an elevated dining area and outstanding kitchen facilities complete with large Aga Cooker, utility room and Laundry Room.

There are four bathrooms, an expansive sunroof affording panoramic views and a rooftop terrace area. Other key features include extensive gardens with water features and patio areas. The house is fully secure with CCTV cameras throughout along with Electric Gates and ample Secure Parking.

Ideal for a family get-together, outdoor activity groups, walking groups. Local activities include two first-class golf courses, hill walking, fishing, outdoor adventure centre, water sports, sailing, jet skiing, surfing and horse riding.

The local village is less than a kilometre away and contains traditional pubs, restaurants and shops and if you wish to avail of a full shopping experience then take a trip to Newry which is only ten minutes drive.

Please note there is a 2 night minimum stay.

"Fantastic house for a group of hens!!"
Stayed at pandoras cottage for a weekend, it was amazing! Gorgeous house with great styling. Really spacious and great views of the lough. Tranquility ireland were amazing to deal with, they can organise anything you want!!we had a chef cook 17people a 3 course meal and it was outstanding!no cooking or cleaning up either!! Thank you Patricia, hugh, jay and joan for all your help organising a very successful hen do!!we will definitely be back for more celebrations in the future!

"The best hen weekend"
Had the pleasure of staying in Tranquility Lodge over the weekend for a hen party. I could not recommend this enough. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The house is out of this world with 8 large bedrooms & the comfiest beds ever! The whole booking process through Jay was hassle free and any questions/queries I had were always responded to really fast. Met Patricia & Hugh over the weekend who were also a delight to deal with. The cupcakes & bottle of bubbly on arrival was such a personal touch! We had a buffet booked into the house for Friday evening which I would highly recommend for any large groups, it went down a treat and the food was amazing! The same for the breakfast buffet on the Saturday , it was just what was needed! We also booked a DJ to come to the house on the Friday night (Bill) which was the best decision ever we had such a laugh and bill was such a lovely man who got us all up dancing the whole night - this I would 100% recommend if you don't fancy hitting the town. We had a cocktail party on the Saturday afternoon and the cocktails were to die for and headed into PJ o Hares on the Saturday night for dinner which was really beautiful and we had the best night! We really had the best weekend ever, and I would 100% book through this company again!!! It was amazing. Thank you!!!

"Tranquility Villa"
We stayed at Tranquility villa in Carlingford for a hen party. The villa was pure luxury! It had loads of space for 24 guests and the views were unbelievable. When we arrived we were greeted by very friendly staff who helped us unload our luggage from the coach. We had organised to have the buffet food on our first night. It was amazing and definitely worth the money! Through tranquility Ireland we booked an activity and transport to take us from the villa into Carlingford, this service again was great and nothing was a hassle. The bus drivers couldn't have been more friendlier. I would highly recommend and already look forward to going back in the near future!

Had the pleasure of staying in sweetpea cottages for a hen weekend ,The house was spotless comfortable and loads of room for a big group, amazing food by on site chief. Highly recommend for a group bookings.
