Perched on the western edge of Co. Galway adjacent to the Connemara Golf Club, this property occupies a scenic quiet location, yet is only about 5 miles from Clifden. Ballyconneely Lodge is an excellent base to get around to all activities in the vicinity. The property has 8 bedrooms (sleeps 18) – Ideal house for a group of families holidaying together or a large number of friends. The house has central heating and there is a large secure driveway at the front of the house. The property is a 5-minute walk from Ballyconneely village; which has 2 shops, post office, pub/restaurant with a large beer garden and playground.
Downstairs Entrance: There is a large entry hall, with a window facing the road. A table filled with loads of local information & brochure is available for your convenience. There is a downstairs guest toilet with sink.
Sitting room/dining room: The house has a very large open plan sitting/dining room with a large TV, CD player and 6 high back chairs, large window facing the front of the house. The dining area, which seats 12 people, boasts large windows facing the side and back of the house with scenic lake views
Kitchen: Off the sitting/dining room, you have a large kitchen with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, grill, electric hob & oven, dishwasher. There is a dining table which seats 6 people. A large window, over the sink, faces the back of the house.
Bedrooms: There are 4 Bedrooms downstairs – All are double en-suite with shower. 3 face the front of the house and 1 faces the back. Each bedroom in the house is individually furnished with different sizes and aspects. All downstairs bedrooms have mounted flat screen TVs.
Upstairs Upstairs, there are 4 large bedrooms: 3 of the bedrooms (1, 2, 3) have a double & single bed and the windows overlook the back of the house. Each of these bedrooms has en-suites, large wardrobes and flat-screen TVs. Bedroom 1 has en-suite bath & shower. Bedroom 4, the largest bedroom in the house; has 1 double & 2 single beds. It has two windows which face the back and front of the house. There is a flat screen TV, large wardrobe and en-suite shower.
There is a patio area at the back of the house with scenic lake and mountain views.
“Will definitely stay here again It was great location our taxi driver gerry was most helpful too drove us everywhere as we had large group keoghs pub was very helpful the shop though was expensive with stuff so u was glad we did some shopping before we got there the house is beautiful and comfy it had everything”

Stayed here with the kids last summer. Really lovely setting! the house is huge and very well looked after...overall we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it.

“90th Birthday Celebration. The family celebrated my mother’s 90th birthday with a weekend stay here. It was a fantastic venue with plenty of room for everyone and lots of space to hang around in the house. Would recommend it for a family gathering!”
