Restaurant Tristan brings modern European cuisine to West Sussex - the restaurant is housed in a 16th Century building in the historic town of Horsham which is the latest platform for Chef / Proprietor Tristan Mason.
In the 40 cover dining room, original beams contrasted with contemporary style reflect the style of cuisine offered. Classical cooking techniques meet passionate creativity resulting in innovative British food with French influences.
Wherever possible the ingredients are locally sourced using only the very best of quality.
Tristan trained in classic techniques under Marco Pierre White, further developing his skills at the Greenhouse.
Tristan is now utilising his enthusiasm and love for food to bring together the old and the new at Restaurant Tristan, which opened its doors in July 2008.
