Forbes Street by Gareth Mullins at the Marker Hotel

I went there for a date this evening before the theatre. We were late for the pre theatre menu but they organised for us to have it anyway. All the staff were excellent. Highly trained and a credit to the hotel. I could not fault it and highly recommend it to you

Breakfasts are a joy. I thought I'd miss the serve yourself buffet (I used to make great use of that) but the Covid-waitress only was excellent. Plenty of choice - and didn't go hungry!

The service is exceptional from the welcome to paying the bill. The food was delicious. We booked the pre theatre deal and couldn't have been happier. Highly recommend!

I hosted a potential client to dinner. We ordered off the pre-theater dinner menu. Everyone appeared to enjoy their meal. I had the Seared Tuna starter and Venison main. Both were delicious. The venison was perfectly seasoned.

"Stylish, classy restaurant"
Beautiful restaurant in a stylish hotel. Food is fantastic. There is a great choice of drinks including wines, champagne and cocktails. Staff are very friendly and professional. This is a perfect choice if you dislike noisy restaurants or restaurants where you are sitting on top of the table next to you. The hotel bar and rooftop bar is great for a pre or post dinner drink. Will definitely be back.

"Always exceeds expectations"
We've eaten at Marker a few times and have always been delighted with the food and service. Whether it's the bar, the rooftop or the Brasserie itself, the food is always several notches above the norm making it incredible value for money. It's a destination rather than a hotel restaurant afterthought. I highly recommend it and look forward to the next visit

"Fabulous meal in The Brasserie"
Bought a Taste voucher a few months ago and used it on Friday evening. The open plan layout here is growing on me. I hated it at first.
The food and presentation here is first class and they obviously use top class ingredients. Their secret steak is delicious and their Wexford ice cream too. I could rave on but better to try yourself and have a great evening out.

I attended the Bollinger Champagne dinner. It was an amazing event with fantastic food paired with fantastic champagne. Staff went above and beyond to make the experience unforgettable. Well worth a recommendation. Will be comming back.

Birthday dinner""
We came to Marker on friday celebrate my daughter birthday.The food and service was incredibly good.Atmosphere at the very busy evening was very nice and comfortable.Our server was excellent especially when he surprised us with one extra dessert for my birthday girl.Thanks a lot for everything.
