"Like watching a perfect symphony" Everyone moves in perfect motion; from greeting to service to food presentation. Nothing to say other than do not miss this treat. And if the lemon soufflé is on the menu, it is a creation not to be missed.

"Don't walk run to this temple of fine dining" Clearly an established and well honed eating event of fine dining at this testimony to proper sourcing, techniques, presentation, and customer service. From the greeting at the door to the bar experience with menu presentation, cocktails, and small bites to the table escort, wine collaboration, and meal it was nothing short of superb. This team clearly has it's stuff together. From roving manager checking on every aspect of your experience to the chef visiting every table to answer any questions and share his love or cooking, we were overwhelmed. Others have pointed out their experiences both positive and some negative but the food was fresh, light, flavorful, and visually outstanding commensurate with taste. From amuse bouche to case of handmade truffles it was hard to decide what was our favorite part. The seafood tasted like it just came out of the sea and the provisions were all treated with the upmost respect. The cost was consistent with a visit to world class Michelin rated food mecca and it was worth it.

"A very pleasant way to spend a Saturday afternoon" We booked in for the 8 course tasting menu. When I walked in I felt that all my cares were left at the door. The next few hours were pure indulgence. The sommelier helped us chose the wines. The list is extensive and very interesting and his guidance was essential. We felt that it is better value to order wine by the bottle than by the glass. We started with pea soup, followed by oysters with lemongrass and crispy onion - my mouth is watering with the memory. Tartar of tuna with cucumber and avocado followed. The fish course was scallop and john dory. Next was foie gras. A standout dish for me was sweetbreads with morels. Then a choice of cheese was offered. Finally we had two desserts a type of de-constructed banoffi and a chocolate dessert. The service was truly excellent. Stefan was working the room constantly making sure everyone was being well attended to.

"Top-class restaurant" Yet another superb lunch in PG, celebrating my husband’s birthday. We have eaten in many Michelin restaurants around the world and this is right up there with the very bar such as Thomas Keller’s French Laundry. Lamb with Piquillo peppers a must. Enjoy!!

"An Extraordinary Evening!" Our visit to the restaurant was for our one night spent in Dublin. We were expecting a great meal and the restaurant delivered a spectacular one! The food, plating and service are second to none and a table side visit by the owner was very nice. He spent a few minutes with us and was as charming as you would expect. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for that SUPER special evening.
