Clearly an established and well honed eating event of fine dining at this testimony to proper sourcing, techniques, presentation, and customer service.
From the greeting at the door to the bar experience with menu presentation, cocktails, and small bites to the table escort, wine collaboration, and meal it was nothing short of superb. This team clearly has it's stuff together. From roving manager checking on every aspect of your experience to the chef visiting every table to answer any questions and share his love or cooking, we were overwhelmed.
Others have pointed out their experiences both positive and some negative but the food was fresh, light, flavorful, and visually outstanding commensurate with taste.
From amuse bouche to case of handmade truffles it was hard to decide what was our favorite part. The seafood tasted like it just came out of the sea and the provisions were all treated with the upmost respect.
The cost was consistent with a visit to world class Michelin rated food mecca and it was worth it.
