We waited 4 days for someone to contact us with an explanation as we left our contact details. No one did. Now I wish I could give this restaurant negative stars: My family and I visited in November and it was a disaster from start to finish. We had a party of 14 and our bill was over 650 Euro, but the service was abysmal. My niece's order was missing french fries, and despite asking the waitress for them, we were told that they had all been served. We later found out that they were given to the wrong person, but the waitress refused to rectify the mistake. To add insult to injury, we were treated with the utmost disrespect when we tried to make a booking for two on another occasion. We called ahead to check if they had lobsters, and they confirmed they did, so we drove 40 minutes to the restaurant, only to be told that they didn't have any. When we complained to the manager, we were met with apathy and indifference. We left the restaurant feeling incredibly disappointed and disrespected. I would never recommend this place to anyone."

We loved our meal here! I still think about the oyster sampler platter I had. I have seen signs for it last time I was in Ireland but we didn't get a chance to go so I was looking forward to it this trip. Luckily for us it had just reopened from the pandemic closures. It's tucked way back and we drove out there at night so I can't even say a lot about what's around it other than I know it's right on the water. The staff was very friendly, although our waitress was new. it's a warm inviting restaurant. The food is wonderful. I'd love to go back sometime.

This is a beautiful restaurant tucked away off the side of the road. The food is second to none - everything we ordered was really delicious. The staff were very friendly and the waiting time was really short for our food. I highly recommend the chowder and fish and chips. It's famous for their oysters but I'm not a fan of oysters. I'm definitely coming back.
