Éan is located just off the bustling main pedestrian street of Galway down the famous Druid Lane. Éan translating to 'bird' in Irish is an incredible three for the price of one destination in the heart of Galway City. Éan is a bakery, restaurant and wine bar offering an incredible amalgamation of cuisine and atmospheres.

Start your day with a delicious pastry or soft bread baked in-house every morning with a cup of coffee to wake you up the right way. If you wish to have a bite of lunch enjoy a seasonal menu of sandwiches, soups and salads in the beautiful candlelit atmosphere to allow yourself a sense of peace. If you are looking for an evening of catching up with friends or family then come along for the evening service where Éan transforms into a wine bar offering charcuterie boards, sharing plates and an exquisite carefully selected wine list focussing on organic, biodynamic small scale winemakers.

Amazing coffee and the best pastries I have ever eaten.
Their almond croissants are just divine. Nice staff too ! Super clean. A firm favorite of mine now!

Best food I've had in awhile! Four of us came for dinner, we got one of everything and shared it all. The squid toast was so good we ordered a second portion. And we couldn't get over the romesco sauce with the vegetarian sharing plate. Basically everything was ridiculously delicious. Great selection of wine also. Highly recommend to anyone in Galway.

Éan offer a relaxed dining experience with a unique menu. The menu is always simple with a limited selection but you will still struggle choosing what to order. In addition to the dishes on the menu they have a great selection of pastries at the counter. Will definitely be back!
