Taking its name from the river that runs through the hotel grounds, the award-winning Bybrook restaurant enjoys the most beautiful of settings.

Overseen by Executive Chef Richard Davies, succulent seasonal dishes crafted from locally sourced fare are enhanced by wines of the world expertly matched by our sommelier to achieve an impressive dining experience to remember.

At 33 years of age, Richard Davies' experience includes three Michelin-star restaurants Gordon Ramsay in Chelsea and The Vineyard at Stockcross. Since taking up his position in August 2007, Richard and his team have worked tirelessly to maintain consistency and perfection with every single dish served.

Chef Richard has a passion for seasonal, fresh local produce and a drive to support the best local and regional suppliers - this works hand in hand with new cooking techniques and capturing each season's delicious, unique flavour.

The Manor House wine list represents a selection of fine wines from all over the world which have been specially chosen by our expert sommelier to complement each and every dish on our menus.
