Elegant and chic, the art-deco-inspired, 2 AA Rosette Bellini's Restaurant is located in the glamorous Georgian Maryborough Hotel & Spa.
Surrounded by 14 acres of well-maintained gardens and woodland, Bellini's offers an eclectic fusion of flavours through contemporary and traditional fayre: the menu is a long list of bright and modern ideas. Thai-style salmon and cod patties served with lime aïoli and a rice noodle crisp, and terrine of confit duck with herby pistachio crumble and beetroot and raspberry purée, are the sort of cleverly conceived starters to expect. Head Chef, Gemma Murphy, and her team only work with the best local farmers, butchers, fishermen, growers, craft and artisanal producers, sourcing local, seasonal produce where possible.
For an extra-special treat, enjoy Afternoon Tea with a glass of chilled Prosecco, served in the light-filled Garden Room, overlooking sumptuous 300-year-old listed gardens.
For a more casual dining experience food is served all day in the bar, so whether it is morning coffee, afternoon tea or something more filling there is always something on offer and the staff always on hand to oblige.

"Great food" Dinner was lovely and complicated yet balanced and tasty. It didn't feel pretentious but I could tell it was well thought through.Some flavours were a little too subtle for me but I could go back time and time again even with the same dishes.
