The Bay Tree Restaurant & Guesthouse is located in Carlingford Co. Louth. Proprieter Conor Woods opened his dream restaurant in 2007 and has had a very successful reputation within the community ever since. The Bay Tree is a popular destination for events, special occasions, parties or simply just a comfortable family gathering. The Bay Tree Restaurant produces fresh cuisine with an emphasis on fresh local fish, modern food, affordable prices and an effort on self-sufficiency with their own polytunnel providing natural herbs and lettuce. The Bay Tree Guesthouse offers seven individually designed bedrooms all with an ensuite if you wish to extend your experience.

Excellent food. Very fresh, clean, crisp, well presented and superb flavour. They installed a new outdoor seating area which is really nice and comfortable. It has a roof cover which is good regardless of the weather. The menu is superb - great choice. The service was a little slow during our time there but the staff were very friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back - definitely worth a visit.
