Christmas Day Dinner at Gillies . Service, location, starter, soup & dessert all very good. Main course ie turkey & ham very disappointing - served in a roll with stuffing not unlike the way it would be served in a works canteen ...for the price we would expect to see nicely carved slices set out with separate stuffing . The so called gammon was merely a thin slice of cooked ham rolled up inside the turkey.... sadly this let the whole experience down.

I stayed at the Galgorm last night. I did enjoy it however it was a bit crowded and found the changing room at the pool a bit untidy with empty cans in one of the toilets and lots of wet towels about. I think it would be a good idea to supply more dry towels and dry robes in this area as found my robe really damp as the afternoon went on. We had a meal in the informal dining room. Meal was nice but asked for Eton mess with ice cream instead of cream. It came with one small scoop of ice cream on top then dry meringue underneath. I didn’t like to complain as I was with my friends. I did think the room was excellent and the free mini bar really good. My friend Ms Joy Kelly made the booking on our behalf.

Hi We stayed one night stay in the galgorm The thermal village is beautiful
I want to give a big shout out to Louise my therapist who preformed the most relaxing personalised message for me. She was incredible and friendly, Credit to your team.
The only down fall I would say is that the rooms need to be updated , our wooden coffee table was chipped and the room was far to warm and basic for what we were paying! Let’s just say we didn’t have a great night sleep
Gillies restaurant was excellent great service and food
The grounds are beautiful the rooms just let down the experience

Really enjoyed our first time stay in the galgorm. The doorman with the costume an elderly man I can’t remember his name , really made our stay memorable , what a gentleman , nothing was to much bother to him , and what a great sense of humour , look forward to going back at some stage again .

6 (girls weekend) of us stayed for 2 nights in t chalet. 1 had stayed in t hotel with her hubby before Xmas & she organised it all. It was fantastic , so much so that we will make it a yearly visit. T chalet was perfect for us with T advantage of having breakfast, lunch 1 day as afternoon tea was part of t package on arrival & dinner t 2nd night. Weather was fab which added to t joy. 2 recommendations it would be a nice touch to have a lamp/or 2 in t living room . Also in t master bedroom there was a dressing table with no plug to use t hairier dryer whilst sitting at t table to use t mirror. T staff across the estate were all super & well trained to look after any request. We all felt relaxed after t stay. 5 out t f 5 with t 2 suggestions above

We stayed in a gorgeous cottage just beside the spa. It was beautifully prepared and we were so pleased with the welcome pack of goodies. The spa was delightful and we enjoyed the cocktails beside the hot tubs. Breakfast in Gillies was just what we needed to set us up for the trip back home. Thx. Hope to be back soon.

"Absolutely first class stay at Galgorm Resort and Spa" We had a wonderful stay at Galgorm Resort and Spa. The ambience of the hotel was serenity and relaxation from beginning to end. The Hotel is set in beautiful surroundings and the Thermal Village was wonderful too. We stayed in a deluxe suite which was contemporary furnished with a huge comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom and all you needed in the room. The staff deserve a special welcome, every one we encountered were so helpful, professional and very well trained. We ate in the River Room which was great and had a table by the window with wonderful view of the river. We then visited the Gin Bar and enjoyed delicious gin cocktail while serenaded by a Michael Bauble type singer. Breakfast was excellent the next morning and then we enjoyed a walk along the river into Cullybacky and back, the woodland covered in Bluebells. All in all a very enjoyable experience at the Galgorm Resort and Spa and we will definitely return.

"Two night Spa Retreat!" Me and my boyfriend just back from a lovely two night spa retreat in the amazing Galgorm. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the lovely Paul who was immediately very helpfull, parking the car and taking our bags to check in after the long drive. I had high expectations of the hotel after reading so many great reviews and it really didnt disappoint. The food is fab, every staff member was friendly, the room was spacious, comfy bed and the complimentary mini bar was an added bonus :) !! The best part about this resort is definitely the Spa and thermal village. Its so relaxing. I had a facial, my boyfriend had the massage and they were amazing. Again, the staff here were so friendly and really attentive. I have no complaints !! The Bar has a really nice atmosphere too with live music on. We really enjoyed the large cocktail menu :) Also would recommend doing the Gin Tasting experience. For £20 it was really worth the money. We learned alot and enjoyed tasting the gins and cocktails ! The hotel has alot to offer and we cant wait to return, Thanks Galgorm we had a ball !! :)

"Excellent hotel and spa" Stayed her a number of times. Never disappointed. Gorgeous hotel, amazing food. Friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful grounds. New spa facilities are undoubtedly the best in NI. Fabulous at dusk lit up...sitting in hot tub looking at snow. Deals which include b&b, evening meal and spa use are well worth it.

"Spa overnight stay" The hotel is amazing, service excellent, spa amazing especially all of the thermal village. The treatments inside are very expensive but probably worth it. We are in Fratelli the food was some of the best I’ve tasted and the breakfast there was so much choice.
