ESPA at the g is situated over two floors with pampering spa treatments and rituals designed to enhance well-being and relaxation. ESPA at the g comprises 12 treatment rooms, a Thermal Suite featuring a vitality hydro pool with water therapy jets and jacuzzi effects (not suitable for swimming), crystal steam room, lifestyle rain showers, rock sauna, an ice fountain, tepidarium heated loungers and a naturally lit Relaxation Room overlooking the rooftop Zen bamboo terrace. It is the ultimate in comfort and luxury matched by an extensive menu of ESPA treatments and is the perfect place to relax, unwind and revive your body, mind and spirit.

Please note that the Thermal Suite is part of your spa journey and is included with treatments of 55 minutes or more. A small charge applies for guests wishing to avail of the ESPA Thermal Suite without booking a treatment. Our leading luxury spa in Galway also features a fitness studio including a range of cardiovascular exercise machines, resistance and free weights for the ultimate in spa wellness.

Such a lovely weekend. Hotel is really lovely and the service is top class. The food was great and spa was really lovely. I’d highly recommend it for couple looking to relax and enjoy good food and drinks. Can’t wait to go back

Just back from an overnight stay in the g

We were on a package which had dinner spa and afternoon tea and breakfast included. We had a great time, food was excellent, staff were very friendly even the younger staff who were always trying their best.

There was a lovely friendly male manager who was chatting to us a few times on Saturday didn't get his name.

Courtesy car was lovely, dinner was great and my treatment at the spa was fabulous.

Breakfast was really good and they accommodated us with a late breakfast after our treatments. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in.

Overall a really great stay, thought they are doing a great jobs considering the pressure on hotels at the moment.

I'm really looking forward to going back

"Packages great deal for amazing spa"
I availed of their spa packages (Experience ESpa). It was amazing value as i got three treatments, an hour in the vitality suite and two course lunch (which was really dinner) for only 165eu. Orla, my beauty therapist, was amazing. She took so much time to figure out the best products to use for all of my treatments and was very helpful in skin recommendations. The facial and massage were amazing. The food was excellent and quickly served.

Overall brilliant staff who are extremely accommodating and welcoming. Ambiance in spa is excellent and spa facilities, treatments and therapists are 5 star.

"Winter Spa Package great treat! Will definitely come back!"
Booked the package on a Sept. Winter Spa Package for 110€(or 120) per person that includes 3 course meal, 45 min full body massage or facial and a ticket for a movie. 1 hr free access to the thermal suite included before the treatment.

It was our first visit to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary. We came and the attendant was very caring, asked us if if was our first time and showed us around the locker place, thermal suite and to the waiting area for the masseuse to pick you up.

Locker room’s nice. It has a dryers and make up area for us ladies, massive mirror, but too warm when you dry your hair(after the massage) as it doesn’t have air conditioning inside. (Not a big deal).

You need to wear swimsuit to use the thermal suit, its a great relaxation place! A must try!!!

There isn’t enough benches for guest waiting for their masseuse, nor chairs for other people when benches waiting area are all occupied which was a bit annoying, there are magazines, tea and water. You can stay in the same waiting area after your massage, then I had a bench for myself. Atmosphere’s amazing!

My masseuse was a very nice one, just the right pressure, took care of me well. I forgot her name.

After the thermal suite, massage, wash up in the locker room, dinner(2 course meal for 2) and then to the movie cinema which is right beside the hotel.

"What a fantastic experience!"
The g is a beautiful hotel for sure but the value of beauty can often be compromised by a poor experience-something all too familiar these days. I have always found that the care and attention the staff at the g give bestow upon their customers is genuine and of consistently high standard. I was a day visitor to the spa for my birthday a couple of days ago and the wonderful people at espa facilitated the most relaxing morning. My massage therapist (Sinead) deserves a medal. I’ve recently been training for a 10k and have neglected my muscles so she had her work cut out for her! She was thorough in my initial consultation, gave lots of great advice, pummelled my knots and left me feeling ten times lighter. Thanks a mil everyone, will be back again no doubt!

"Beautiful Spa"
My husband and I used the spa services and we got the massage package for two. The spa was very lovely. we got to use all of the amenities and our massages were great. We got to pick from a facial or a body scrub. It was very relaxing.
