Amazing stay ive stayed in lots of places but nothing compares the staff were excellent great team and every need was tended to thanks so much for a wonderful stay only problem couldnt stay longer will be back

We had an amazing break here, did the over 50's special, which included dinner on 2 nights, afternoon tea, 2 Spa treatments.. Food in restaurant was sublime...
Staff were really friendly and we got a room upgrade as we were celebrating a special occasion...

My husband and I recently had an overnight stay at the heritage. The whole experience was amazing. Very high standard from staff , food and a fabulous spa experience. Both dinner and breakfast was luxurious. Highly recommend it

A midweek stay with a visit to the spa ... I have never encountered such courteous pleasant staff from reception to spa to dining room bar concierge and cleaning staff... excellent covid measures in place ..room was spotless with some nice welcoming touches will definitely be back

Warm in all things
I had the pleasure of spending two nights here. This is a most impressive building with the emphasis on great physical space. I was given a wonderful quiet room on the fourth floor with a lovely balcony. Breakfast was wonderful with a great selection in all departments which one served oneself in the discreet ante chamber of the dining room. The main course for breakfast was served to table which on both mornings was a a joy and clearly cooked to order. There were plenty of staff members on hand who showed kindness and efficiency. The evening meal was equally nice with care for the single guest what a delightful difference that makes.

One of my great enjoyments was the 5 km walk around the estate which I experienced in daylight and in the dark/dusk. Access is with your room card only. It is also a one way system,This was very safe and well cared for with lights along the way to guide me in the early morning. The most wonderful view on my journey was coming to the lake in its beauty in the stillness of the morning.

The hotel excels in cleanliness as indeed do the rooms. Everything is done with care and without fuss. A return visit is a must! Thank you.

Had a wonderful start to midterm break with a night away. Staff were lovely throughout from check-in to restaurant to bar. Bedroom was so cosy - definitely a place to kick back and relax. Everywhere was so cleanWe had dinner in the newly decorated restaurant and breakfast the following morning which was my favourite. Loads of cosy corners with plush couches to chill with a book or glass of wine. Will definitely be back.

Lovely Short Stay
Room was bright, spacious and clean overlooking the golf course. We ate dinner in the restaurant, food and service was top class. Breakfast following morning was also great, wide choice of buffet and hot food cooked fresh, the pancakes and eggs Benedict were excellent!! All staff from checkin to dinner and breakfast were very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely return and stay longer next time.

Excellent Stay at The Heritage
Had the pleasure of spending two nights at The Heritage recently. I took my wife for our anniversary and we had treatments in the spa which were top class. The room was very spacious with a lovely view over the golf course. We had dinner in the bar the first night and restaurant the second night. The food was really nice and the staff were very friendly. Would highly recommend staying there, we will definitely be back.
