Adare Manor Hotel and Golf Resort: Limerick

Adare Manor is proud to host the Ryder Cup in 2027

Masterfully designed, magnificently maintained, and perfectly set within the glorious estate of one of Europe’s most spectacular manor house hotels, The Golf Course at Adare Manor is ready to take its place among the best championship courses anywhere. Celebrated golf architect Tom Fazio has taken what was already an award-winning course and transformed it into a parkland paradise befitting a country in the top tier of global golfing destinations. The new course has been created in harmony with the outstanding natural beauty of its surroundings: lush, softly rolling terrain, mature tree scaping, and the sweeping banks of the River Maigue. Each hole of The Golf Course at Adare Manor could be crowned the feature hole: each one has been entirely redesigned and reconstructed, with the very latest technology and course innovations, creating a challenging, characterful, and profoundly satisfying playing experience for golfers of every level.

Off the course, this commitment to perfection continues in the perfectly appointed clubhouse. Luxurious, stylish, with a modern jazz-age sensibility and every convenience and indulgence you could require, The Carriage House is a worthy counterpart to Europe’s finest new golf course. This is where you will find our expert team and comprehensively stocked Pro Shop, our elegantly welcoming locker rooms, and exciting options for food, drink, and relaxation. The Carriage House features a world-class restaurant helmed by award-winning Chef de Cuisine Neils Van Oers, a smart and lively Bar serving light bites and a remarkable collection of fine wines, craft beers, and sophisticated cocktails, a gorgeous covered terrace with panoramic views of the greens, and our snug, comfortable Cigar Lounge.

We could not have hoped for a better stay at Adare Manor. We originally planned for one night, but ended up staying two because we loved it so much. From the minute we were greeted at the gate until the moment we left, we were so well looked after. The facilities were world class, the golf course immaculate and the food outstanding. Our favourite place we stayed on our honeymoon. You will not be disappointed with the incredible hotel!

We are frequent visitors to Adare Manor (Covid allowing!) and it never fails to please. Unrivalled quality and superb service sets Adare above its peers, however it is the informal and very friendly atmosphere that makes it so special and a wonder place to stay. The new recreation area with pool, paddle tennis courts and golf simulator are a great addition. We look forward to our next stay

"Beautiful and gracious resort"
Adare Manor had to be one of the most spectacular resort/hotels we have ever stayed at. The Manor itself was beautiful and the new addition blended in architecturally. Staff was wonderful and very proactive. They greeted you as a long time friend. Also a short walk to the charming village of Adare. Golf was fantastic.

"Overnight stay & Golf"
A truly wonderful experience - absolutely first class. The people were so friendly and the service was awesome.

The golf course was great and the set up was very good - every detail was taken care of and nothing was too much trouble.

"Amazing renovation of an amazing property!"
We stayed here 2 nights after our arrival from US in order to play golf at Adare and Ballybunion. We stayed at the Manor Lodges which are a 5 minute walk on site from the Manor. We shared the two bedroom unit with another couple. It worked out well as it was part of a golf package. My thought would be to stay in the Manor next time, as the Lodge units are tight. The square footage is small and big furniture has been put in the lower level living room areas.

We had 2 dinners there and were extremely impressed. The food was exceptional both at the Clubhouse and the Manor. The service level is outstanding.

The formal gardens are exquisite. Plenty of walking trails. Town is close by which is lovely.

This is a place that must be on the list when traveling in Ireland. They have done an amazing job restoring it and the golf course.

"This is a place that invites you to come back"
Such a splendid property with a superb staff. The rooms are fantastic, my wife claimed it to have the best bathroom ever!! The grounds are impeccable and the golf course is fantastic. They did an amazing job with this old building making it so comfortable. I will not comment on the food, except to say that the owner's grandmothers raisin bread recipe makes up for the other shortcomings.

"Superb stay"
My wife and I stayed two nights here for anniversary and birthday celebration. From arrival at the front gate the welcome was phenomenal. The gentlemen at the gate checked our names, wished us happy anniversary and birthday and directed us to the drveway to the hotel. Driving under an arch and into a courtyard we were welcomed by a team of five including a manager, concierge, and bell hops. They welcomed us and took the car keys - the next time we saw our bags they were in our suite. The manager showed us around, no need to check in or give credit cards etc. He checked what dinner arrangements we would like including where we would like to sit (this piece didnt actually translate that evening and we asked to be moved to the table earlier requested). W had a nice lunch in the lounge and were then showed us to the suite we had been upgraded to. It overlooked the front gardens and golf course and was very spacious and well equipped, and had a welcome note and special celebratory gifts including champagne etc. We had dinner both nights in the Oak Room. This is very much a fine dining experience, and is very special. We played golf - the course is superb , caddies were excellent and unobtrusive. Lunch in the golf club was good - best to book ahead as it was quite busy. The entire resort is beautifully maintained and there are staff everywhere to assist. It is a wonderful venue and whilst expensive, is well worth a visit. Highly recommend.
