What a great welcome and stay we had the Shoreline at Mount Stewart.

Irene and John (and Benji) could not do enough for us....

A great breakfast each morning set us up for your days out. Advise for local restaurants and place to visit locally we essential.

The location offers fantastic views across Strangford Lough - grateful for our morning window seat to watch the Lough and wildlife.

Very comfortable accommodation too in a nice large room.

Everything about Shoreline was spot on!

"I loved this B&B"
Irene and John were very approachable so we felt very comfortable they were so nice and lovely to us when we arrived , they showed us different places were we could go. They showed us our rooms and lf we had any problems no matter how small to go to them and they wouldn't mind. They showed us the menu and we wanted to treat ourselves because it was our wedding anniversary we had a full english very naughty on the diet side but oh my god they went full out got fresh produce and it tasted delicious . Best B&B that l have stayed in.

I don't think anyone could fail to enjoy staying at Shoreline. Situated on the water's edge you can watch the tide come in while enjoying a scrumptious breakfast. All areas of the property are decorated to a very high standard and a lot of thought has been given to making guests feel welcome.

Fantastic welcome, great breakfasts in the sunroom with the doors open onto the terrace, plus an extremely comfortable room. It has an outstanding location on the lough.

"Beautiful and relaxing"
Loved staying here overlooking the lough, very serene and welcoming hosts that really couldn’t have done more to make us feel special. From tea on arrival to a wonderful cooked breakfast, this place is really quite outstanding. All the beds and details were immaculate.

Such a warm and relaxing place to start our holiday.

"Best B&B I’ve ever stayed in"
I booked in at the Shoreline, last minute. It is just a wonderful place. The accommodation, building, food - everything in fact - are all to the highest standard, and John and Irene pay attention to every detail. They are excellent hosts as well. If you’re looking to stay in Northern Ireland I couldn’t recommend this bed-and-breakfast more highly. Irene even popped in to the guest lounge (stunning views of Strangford Lough) and gave me some apple pie and custard. Top notch!

"Short stay"
What a place, fantastic. John & Irene are the perfect hosts. Lovely quiet well kept place which is out of the way. The food was fantastic and so much of it. There is a shared lounge which has a large viewing telescope to watch the wildlife on the nearby islands, very peaceful and relaxing. The room we had is very large witj a comfortable bed and bathroom.
