Comfortable & Quiet Room in nice walkable neighborhood I was so impressed with my initial communication with this hotel--They responded almost immediately to my emailed request, and the staff was wonderful during our stay -- a lot of friendly international students who were so helpful. We stayed 2 nights here at the end of a Rick Steves tour. The room was a little small but very comfortable, clean & quiet. Unfortunately we didn't get to sample the breakfast, as we were out early for a New Grange tour the first morning, and an early departure to the airport the next. We did partake of their afternoon cheese & fruit tray and cookies! We took the Air Coach back to the airport with a convenient stop just about a block or so from the hotel and it was right on time. Bottom line: It was a charming place and we'd stay there again. It's got some great restaurants within a few blocks, and is about a 25 minute walk to St. Stephen's Green.

"Friendly, convenient and a great gluten free breakfast" We had a one night stay as we were going to a concert in the nearby Aviva Stadium. We arrived early so car parking (at the rear of the hotel) was plentiful. We were greeted by manager Vipin at reception who was so friendly and helpful throughout our short stay. We had a lovely room at the front of the hotel with a large sash window and a mezzanine sitting area. My wife and I enjoyed some complementary treats. The hotel doesn’t have air conditioning, which for Irish weather is not generally a problem, but some guests may be unhappy about this. It didn’t bother us at all. We both slept well and enjoyed a great breakfast in a charming dining room. When I mentioned that I am a coeliac, the waitress didn’t even bat a eyelid. Gluten free menu choices were pointed out and GF bread was offered. It’s so nice when an establishment shows you their confidence of dealing with my food allergy. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

"Very nice place with very nice staff" We slept there 2 nights. The place is a bit outside of Dublin downtown but only 30min by walk so is a good promenade. Many restaurants and commodities are only 500m from the hotel. The rooms are clean and functional. We really appreciated the staff, all were very nice, friendly and professional. We had also a very good surprise of the breakfast which was excellent. Thanks to all the staff for making this stay great.

"Simple, Clean and Safe Neighborhood" I give 5 stars to this simple and cute B&B style hotel. Nice lobby and safe parking lot in back. We went for a nice walk in the neighborhood, which was beautiful and safe. It was nice staying close to the City but away from the noise.
The free coffee was great and the room was good. We enjoyed our stay. No frills, simple and accommodating.
