“Couldn't have asked for a nicer host!” 5 of 5 starsReviewed 5 days ago NEW Pam was a delight. Pam was everything we hoped for and whom no one else could measure up. We could not have asked for a nicer host!! From the ride into town, the tour of Cobh, and the instructions for taking a cab back, we were able to BOTH enjoy an evening in the pubs. The next morning, she helps us adjust our travel plans...even went as far as calling some b&bs to help us find different ones in different towns that weren't on our itinerary. She is an absolute treasure and anyone who has the privilege of meeting her is a lucky person! Would recommend Knockeven house to anyone visiting the Cobh area!

“Knockeven House.” 5 of 5 starsReviewed 2 days ago NEW via mobile Had an over night stay with Pam at Knockeven House, Cobh, (pronounced Cove) Ireland. Knockeven House is a lovely big home and Pam is the best hostess any body could want to welcome them. On arrival, Pam made us a cup of tea with home made scones with jam and cream, ten out of ten in my book. We stayed in the honeymoon room with ensuite, it's a big room over looking the front garden with a bit of a sea view through the trees. Pam was very helpful with suggestions for our trip with places to visit and where to stay that we hadn't thought of visiting or staying, that we took and are very grateful we did. As I said before, Pam is great, you are made to feel like a family member that hasn't been seen for years. Thanks Pam you are one in a million.

“Knockeven is the best place to stay in Cobh.” 5 of 5 starsReviewed 2 weeks ago When I arrived at Knockeven, Pam treated us like family and rolled out the red carpet. She was very helpful at prioritizing places to see on our short visit. She even booked our accommodations when we returned to Dublin. I had the best Irish breakfast ever, topped off with homemade breads and scones, artisan cheeses and smoked salmon. She even made eggs and breakfast to order for our fussy children. I wish I had more time to stay and highly recommend Pam's house for other families on holiday.
