Luxurious and elegant Edwardian house, beautifully styled and decorated - set in the peaceful village of Lelant, birthplace of novelist Rosamunde Pilcher, not far from the quaint town of St Ives (approx. 3 miles).

We have parking in our grounds and the village is well placed for visiting Cornwall's top attractions. There are two very good pub/restaurants in the village and a wine bar and a bistro are within walking distance, we have a good bus service and the St Ives branch line scenic railway is minutes away.

The beautiful beach of Porthkidney and the West Cornwall Golf Club both nearby, and we are on the SW Coastal Path OS map ref 543 369.

Our delightful dining room, overlooks the terrace and garden, and here you can enjoy an Aga Range cooked breakfast from our extensive menu served to your table.

All our products are premium brand and locally sourced. For those guests wishing to have a continental style breakfast served in their room, this can be arranged. Most diets can be catered for as Lulu is a trained chef.

Our guests have all day and evening use of our beautiful spacious quiet lounge with lots of magazines, books, playing cards and jigsaw puzzles, also Lulu's private collection of musical instruments.

The lounge leads out to a pretty and private patio area. On arrival, complementary tea and biscuits are served either in the lounge or on the patio-weather permitting! In the upstairs fridge we have a supply of wine glasses for your own use.

We have three luxuriously appointed rooms with amenities that ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Each room is unique and stylishly decorated, all have wonderful views looking out to the estuary and nature reserve.

Tea trays are supplied with a full range of amenities. The beds are dressed with goose feather and down duvets, soft plump pillows and fine linen. In the ensuites, you will find fluffy robes, nice big bath sheets and top of the range toiletries.

We also have a guest fridge where you will find fresh milk, water, ice cubes and ice packs. As this fridge is for guest use only, you may use it to store your own items. There are also ice boxes, and beach towels for free loan.

The Dittons Room has a 5ft French Style Bed, en suite shower room with walk-in shower.

The Claygate Room has an exquisite 5ft Vi Spring Divan, en suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

The Ewell Room has a romantic 5ft 4 Poster Bed, en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower over.
