Welcome to Grays, our new family-owned and run boutique bed & breakfast in a quiet, convenient location in central Bath.

With stunning views across the city to the famous Royal Crescent, Grays is set in a large, welcoming 140 year old Victorian villa in a quiet residential area on the city's southern slopes.

We offer on-site car parking whilst being just a gentle 12-15 minute walk from the centre of the city and 10 minute walk from the rail and bus stations.

Our guiding principle is to offer exceptional accommodation and service, to make our guests feel they are ‘home from home’ and to make their stay in Bath one to remember.

We believe that there are a few prerequisites that a boutique bed and breakfast must have – relaxing décor, very comfortable beds, immaculate bathrooms, fresh linens, fluffy towels, welcoming guest areas, fresh flowers and a hearty breakfast with plenty of choice.

Our Rooms
Each of our 12 bedrooms is individually decorated and designed in an eclectic style with all the comfort of a luxury small hotel but retaining an intimate, homely feel.

The décor has a calming and relaxing feel whilst we have retained many of the building’s original features from the Victorian period. Each bedroom features very comfortable beds, Goose down duvets and pillows, high quality linens, as well as modern en-suites with power showers, fluffy large bath towels and luxury REN toiletries.

Parking
Parking can be tricky in Bath. We have on-site complimentary parking, so guests can ‘park up’ and forget the car when staying at Grays.

Peace & Quiet
Grays is set in the peaceful residential area of Oldfield Park, well away from the late night noise of central Bath.

Location
Grays is easy to find if arriving by car. We are an easy 12-15 minute stroll down to the centre of Bath and just a 10 minute walk from the bus and train stations. Set on the southern slopes of the city, Grays offers amazing views across the city to the Royal Crescent and beyond.
