The house is situated at the end of a private drive and in the middle of a 300 acre farm, now rented out for summer grazing.
There are lovingly kept lawns and gardens around the house beautiful gardens in a quiet and peaceful part of north devon The old farmyard is now a gravelled courtyard surrounded by the original stone and brick buildings.
The South West Coast Path is only one and a quarter miles from the farmhouse.
Welcombe Mouth is one and a half miles away and this view can be seen from the Pink Room and the Devon Room.
All the Rooms are spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated with lovely views into the old walled garden or down to Welcombe Mouth and the North Cornwall coastline.
This country house with its friendly atmosphere has an oak beamed drawing room, dining room and garden room for guest use.
The Pink Room and Green Room have en-suite facilities which include a power shower. The Devon Room has a luxury Edwardian bathroom that includes a double ended slipper bath as well as a separate power shower.
The Devon Room and Pink Rooms have spectactular views looking down to Welcombe Mouth and the coastline. The Green Room overlooks the gardens.
The dining room has oak beams and leads through to the garden room which opens to the garden.
The rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, tv and wi-fi. There is a large choice of Breakfast ranging from Full English to Continental.
There is no evening meal available but there are good eating places close by (five pubs within five miles). Light evening snacks by arrangement.
