Ennys luxury accommodation stands in extensive landscaped grounds with a heated 12-metre swimming pool and a rare grass tennis court. The pool is heated from mid-May to mid-September and is open to resident guests only.

Granary
An architect-designed cottage on two floors of an old granite barn, converted to the highest standard. The ground floor comprises a beamed sitting room, dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen which has a full-size oven, dishwasher and microwave and a wood-burning stove as well as central heating throughout.

The sitting room has a television with free view, dvd player, cd player, iPod dock and wireless broadband internet access. French doors lead on to a private patio and lawn which see the sun all day.

Garden
The accommodation comprises two bedrooms (one master double with a 5ft-wide bed, one twin room) and a bathroom on the ground floor.

Upstairs, exposed timbers, give the sitting room a spacious, airy feel and there is a fully equipped kitchen, television with freeview, dvd and cd players and wireless broadband internet access. Central heating throughout.

Garden enjoys a private terrace making it the ideal place to relax.
The Garden Cottage sleeps four and rents Saturday to Saturday; short breaks available November to March. Additional bed / cot available on request.

Well Studio
Well Studio occupies a former barn set on its own across from the main house. Open plan in design, the galleried bedroom has a 5ft wide bed (American queen) and overlooks the two-storey sitting room which has a wood-burning stove as well as full central heating. Well Studio has a private patio overlooking the countryside.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher and microwave as well as a full-size oven. The bathroom has a powerful Mira shower and underfloor heating.

The sitting room is bright and spacious. As well as a digital television, there’s an iPod dock, dvd recorder, cd player and wireless broadband internet access.

Godolphin
The spacious one-bedroom suites, designed for two adults, occupy a Grade 2-listed granite barn beside the main house. Each suite has its own entrance from the garden.

The suites comprise a bedroom with a super-king bed (which can be arranged as a twin), a sitting room with a discreet kitchenette (fridge, sink, small hob, microwave), and a luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower and separate bath tub.

Facilities also include digital TV with DVD player, iPod dock and free wireless broadband access.
