Carrig Country House: Kerry

Carrig Country House provides luxury bed and breakfast accommodation on the banks of Caragh Lake. Carrig Country House is ideally located for touring the renowned Ring of Kerry, Dingle Peninsula or Killarney National Park.

All guest rooms are en-suite and the majority have King Size
beds or Twin beds (2 single beds). Some rooms are available with 3 single beds. The bedrooms are decorated in period style and feature antique furnishings.


Two magnificent Atlantic beaches are within a 10 minutes by drive.
There are numerous activities and adventures on your doorstep at Carrig House.

"Great stay"
Recently visited this beautiful part of the world and stayed at Carrig Country House. Friendly staff right from the start, in the reception and the bar and of course the fabulous dining room. The setting is truly magical and we had a ball staying in this friendly hotel. Our stay was made memorable by the sheer comfort and relaxing vibe here. A wonderful experience and we will return.

"When they say "Country House" they mean it!"
We really felt as if we were the weekend guests at a lord's country manor. The staff was welcoming and brought us tea in one of the many drawing rooms when we arrived. They continue the wonderful custom of letting you enjoy your cocktail in the drawing room, take your order there and then escort you into the dining room when dinner is ready. Our bedroom was large and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

"Seek out this beautiful lakeside hotel for a memorable visit"
This was the best hotel experience we had in 2018.
The family-run hotel is small but beautifully located, equipped and managed.
Dinner and breakfast are to die for!
Rooms are well furnished and comfortable.
Front rooms have great lake views.
Top floor has no lift so check when booking if thats an issue.

"Romantic lakeside B&B"
This place was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Utterly charming. The property is gorgeous and the rooms lovely. We had one of the smaller rooms too. The food is just outstanding. Our dinners were gourmet and breakfasts divine.

Staying at Carrig Country house should be at the top of your list of places to stay while in Co.Kerry. It's everything you could want in a country house retreat. Beautiful views, sitting rooms that are stylish yet warm and inviting and owners who truly care about your experience. Not to mention they employe a staff that goes above and beyond to make sure everything from arrival to departure are effortless. Not to mention they have one of the best restaurants in the County on site. This makes for a truly special stay. No need to leave once you arrive!
