Whilst Bays Farm is only a five minute drive from the A14 it is to be found along a quiet country lane away from any main roads and traffic noise.

It is located on the outskirts of a peaceful village just two miles north of the historic market towns of Stowmarket and Needham Market and its location gives you easy access to Bury St Edmunds, the Suffolk Heritage Coast, Ipswich, Cambridge and Norwich with London less than 1 1/2 hours by train.

Bays Farm is set in four acres of formal garden and grassland which is home to a wealth of wildlife. During the summer the gardens, which open under the National Garden Scheme, are a delight to wander around and enjoy in the sunshine.
