"Lovely Inn!"
We enjoyed our recent stay here and highly recommend it. The history of the Inn is very interesting and the proprietors are wonderful hosts. Our room was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious too!

A great place to stay!
Fabulous Guesthouse.
I stayed here recently for a family occasion in Fermoy. This is my second time to stay and it was my parents third time. After booking the rooms I sent a quick email to the hosts to clarify something as I wasn't sure the correct booking had gone through on a booking website. Mary emailed back straight away and set my mind at ease.
On arrival Mary was lovely and welcoming and showed me to my room. I was travelling alone and often find myself in really tiny rooms with even smaller ensuite but that was not the case here my room no.6 was beautiful and spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was lovely and bright with good lighting and a great amount of space to put your makeup bag and toiletries on.
Mary takes your breakfast order the night before and I like this as your breakfast is cooked freshly to order at the time you've asked for.
My parents also stayed here in room no.3 and their room was huge with a really wow bathroom. Would be lovely for a romantic break.
To sum up this is a beautiful guesthouse with a lovely host who is not at all overbearing. Spotless bedrooms and bathrooms. Fabulous breakfast. Hope to be back for the next family occasion.

"Lovely Stay"
First time chose a B&B over hotel in years and really glad I did. Room had character rather than typical cold hotel room. No complaints about standard of room. Nice TV and superb Wi-Fi connection. Warm welcome from Mary and made to feel that way for duration of my stay. Breakfast made to order. Lovely. Very short walking distance to town with good choice of restaurants. If reading this review and a room is available then would book now as speaking to locals told that place is unsurprisingly always fully booked. Thank-you for lovely stay and will definitely book again if available next time in area.

"Excellent"
Top quality accommodation, with excellent service and a great breakfast. We have stayed here for many years, and each year the standard never changes. Great for parking and within a very short walk of everything.

"Beautiful!"
We have stayed at Abbeville many times and love the house and friendly gentleness of the hosts Mary and Sean. The house is beautiful both in style and homeliness. The rooms are gorgeous with every thing you would need supplied! A tray with coffee and tea and biscuits are replenished every day. Comfy luxurious beds and bedding. Spotless bathrooms. Breakfast served and cooked freshly for each guest at a time you would like it. Our family have been treated so well and always a lovely cup of something when you arrive from a long journey too!
Fermoy is a pretty friendly town with the beautiful River Blackwater running through. so a walk over the nearby bridge into town is a must!
