We stayed Friday the 16th of September for a family wedding. I thought it was perfection from start to finish, wedding meal was exceptional. I thought the staff were amazingly attentive and genuinely willing to help. They have amazing facilities in the Dunloe, I didn't see the pool section close up but it looked impressive. There are lovely walks and the best child play area I ever seen, I have a toddler so I am well versed in play grounds. Only slight negative I would have noticed as I have a brother in a wheelchair and my father finds it difficult walking at the moment, there is a lot of walking in the hotel it's quite spread out the there were a lot of split levels & stairs but I gather they are renovating this winter. The b'fast was ok not quiet 5 star more like a 3, I wished they used better quality juices, plus felt service was lacking, no one seemed to be in charge we choose our own seat and bar being offered coffee or tea we had no other interaction with staff. Those issues were not enough to down grade my stay for me over all it was a 5 star stay, with 5 star staff, I will be back for a family holiday.
