Very poor needs updating customer service terrible, booked Xmas lunch service was terrible would have been better off going to the harvester 300 pounds for a meal we couldn’t eat do to the restaurant being overcrowded

"Wedding present"
First time staying at hotel room was spacious and comfy bed. Friendly staff at checking but not much information given out about hotel. Food very nice ate at olive tree and loved breakfast plenty of choice and staff very efficient and helpful. I Will be definitely returning and trying a different restaurant.

"Beautiful Wedding"
Was here over the bank holiday weekend for my cousin wedding A&A in C1 have to say the venue & the grounds were amazing by far the best wedding. I cannot praise the staff more so attentive in every way & pleasant. The resort itself is beautiful i can c why most couple choose this as a perfect venue. Very impressed they do a pick up & drop service to other carparks as the underground carpark was always very busy. If u are visiting b prepared to pay for parking after 3hrs.

"Mini-moon!"
My partner and I stayed here for one night as a mini-mini-moon and we were both taken aback by the hotel and how amazing it was! You can definitely tell it is 5* with the standard of service being superb from the moment we arrived.

We stayed on the 6th floor in a signature room which we had been upgraded to and the room was gorgeous, very spacious, clean and you get a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates.

We went down to the spa after unpacking which we thought was very lovely although being the first day of the summer holidays was full of kids but that was no real problem!

When we got back to the room we found we had a note from staff congratulating us on our wedding with another box of chocolates which we thought was a great touch.

We then went down for dinner in the Olive Tree restaurant which is an all you can eat buffet, we found the waitress here very attentive and polite and she brought over 2 complimentary glasses of prosecco! The food was gorgeous, plenty of choice and the gratuity is something you choose to give, it's not added onto the bill.

Overall we had a great nights sleep, a perfect stay and we would definitely stay here again!! Thank-you to all of the staff at the Celtic Manor who made our stay extra special.

"Wedding"
Stayed here for a friend's wedding, what a beautiful resort/hotel..everything was perfect and we were made to feel like royalty, nothing was too much trouble great food throughout the wedding and brekkie next day...the resort looks beautifully Christmassy and we can't wait to return in the summer and sit out with a cocktail and enjoy the beautiful views.
