Take a leisurely stroll around the village or set off on a yomp through glorious countryside to Bourton-on-the-Water – it’ll take you around an hour if you go at a leisurely pace. Find a spot by the River Windrush and relax in the dappled shade with a couple of sandwiches or try out the stellar selection of cafes and tearooms. On your way back home, stop off at the pub a minute from your doorstep for a slap-up feast and well-deserved gin and tonic.
