The Coach House
The natural stone fronted Coach House to the rear of the courtyard is dominated by a massive arched window and a curved spiral staircase vaulting approx 30 ft to the roof. This charming 850 sq ft living space, like the Loft, marries the best of the old and new worlds to maximum effect.

It is a two-bedroom, two-bath(including a steam bath) hideaway which also boasts a jacuzzi. Terracotta floors set the mood downstairs while wooden heart pine takes over in the bedrooms.

The Coach House offers all the modern conveniences available in the Loft. Lovingly restored, it has wonderful character, comfort and charm which gives guests that immediate get-away-from-it-all feeling.

"Excellent stay"

The Coach House was great! Very spacious, warm and cosy. The wood burner wasn’t lovely. It was really handy for Killarney itself and all the sights were easily accessible.Only slight complaint, the overlarge pottery cups etc and especially the teapot were very heavy to hold and though lovely to look at were somewhat impractical. Apart from that, no complaints and we would heartily recommend the Priory! We would certainly come again!

Tim’s place is great and the perfect home for a stay in Killarney. The house is exactly as you see in the pictures and even more beautiful in person. The house has everything you need and is in a brilliant location. Only 15 minute walk to the town where you’ll find loads of places to eat and things to do. The house was spotless and the fire was cosy for our winter stay. I would highly recommend Tim’s place.

Agree with past reviewers that this place is a must and wonderfully charming. Favorite part of my family’s (5 adults) stay in Ireland. Tim and Bernadette have great tips for Ring if Kerry and places to eat in town. So clean and new! Highly, highly recommend!

Incredible, large stone home and courtyard complete with wood burning stove in the comfy living area and a beautiful eat-in kitchen with every amenity. A spiral staircase led up to the bedrooms...with a Jacuzzi in our bath for after a day of touring. Our host thought of everything, including where to go and what to do. We just loved their two friendly dogs, one just a puppy. We would love to return someday and would recommend this home to everyone.

Tim’s place is outstanding. I would recommend to everyone. Location is fabulous, amenities were above expectations (we loved the wood stove and gourmet kitchen) and wished we would have spent more time in Killarney. Thanks Tim!
