Sea View House: Donegal

Sea View House is a large modern 3 bedroom holiday home with a stunning location just outside the seaside resort of Rathmullan. Nestled into a hillside above Kinnegar Beach the holiday home enjoys panoramic views over Lough Swilly towards the hills of Inishowen and Inch Island. The views are equally impressive at night with the lights of Lisfannon and Fahan shimmering on the lough.

The holiday home is situated on a spacious site with a large lawn to the front. The lawn has a nice rock feature as a centerpiece. Within the holiday home all the room are spacious. On the ground floor there is a large stylish modern kitchen and adjacent dining area with sea views. Across the hall is the main living room which also enjoys lovely sea views. Both these downstairs rooms have solid fuel stoves and large flatscreen TVs

I just wanted to let you know personally how much we enjoyed your cottage and our stay in Rathmullan. The cottage was immaculate and superb in every way. We would love to come back in the summer, but can see that unfortunately it is booked up. We would however love to return in the future.

Just a word of thanks and in praise of Rathmullen Cottages. We recently spent a week in Rathmullen for the wedding of our son Alan to Charlotte Deeney. We can't say enough about The Cottages, They were absolutely fabulous , Our friends stayed in two of the houses also and all agreed that they were completely home from home. The weather was wonderful also which added to a totally unforgettable experience. Hopefully we will all return to Rathmullen in the future.

Just back from a 5 night stay in the cottage with my wife, 2 kids and the dog. The cottage was lovely, with everything needed for a small family. Very well presented, probably the nicest accommodation we’ve ever stayed in in Rathmullan so I would highly recommend it. The owner Phil lives above and was very helpful to us, but not intrusive in any way, in fact she made the stay better!
Just a 5 minute walk into the town. Will definitely return.
