Residence Apartments @ The Montenotte Hotel, a luxurious home from home.
Luxurious two bed-roomed self-catering apartments, with all modern conveniences, fresh linen sheets and pillows, soft duvet and bath towels.

Main bathroom consists of a bath & shower and also the convenience of an en-suite in the master bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen, open plan dining room and sitting room.

There is a weekly service of the apartment and our rates are inclusive of utility bills, (Electricity and Gas). All our guests can enjoy complimentary use of our leisure centre which boasts a 20 metre swimming pool, full gym, sauna, steam room & Jacuzzi.

"Superb hotel experience"
I’ve been staying at the Montenotte Hotel for four years. It’s never disappointed. With the arrival of Covid and deciding to holiday in Ireland the hotel was my first choice. Knowing how the hotel runs it gave me the confidence to know they would approach our ‘new normal’ perfectly. From the moment we arrived last weekend we felt safe and comfortable. The staff were extremely polite and attentive at all times. For the first time we stayed in their one bed apartment. I’d highly recommend for couples or families where you might know you’ll be spending longer in your room. Superbly clean with a home from home feel. We ate in the hotel on two nights. The update menu had something for everyone. They’ve great outdoor areas for relaxing and the Victoria garden is maturing brilliantly.

"Staycation 2020"
We booked our family holiday in Ireland this year due to the travel restrictions with Covid19
I booked our stay with the Montenotte hotel, I contacted the hotel by email to confirm availability for our dates, they were so helpful.
We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment in the hotel, I have to say it was a fabulous apartment on the ground floor it was perfect so spacious and modern. The hotel was beautiful but what struck me most was the friendliness of the staff at reception, they were extremely sociable and made the check-in experience so easy, outlining what the hotel had to offer for the duration of our stay. We had originally booked 4 nights stay in the hotel but we were having such a lovely time we decided to take an extra night and there was no issue in changing the departure date of our stay.
Our overall experience of this hotel was an excellent one from the moment we checked in to when we departed, I could not fault any member of staff in this hotel from reception to the restaurant and even the leisure facilities everyone was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely return to this hotel in the near future and I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to get away this year that you check out this hotel, I can guarantee that you won't be disappointed.

"Apartments are wonderful"
Stayed in an apartment with 3 friends - lovely and spacious, clean and had all amenities you could possibly need.
Hotel itself is spotless and stunning decor. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The panorama terrace is lovely for a cocktail on a nice evening, there is nice views looking over Cork city. There is also another terrace that you can sit out on and bring your own snacks and drinks to.
Can walk to Cork city centre in about 20/25 mins but there is lots of hills on the way back to the hotel so may not be ideal for everyone.
The food in the bistro was okay - I ordered the prawn pil pil and did not enjoy it but my friends enjoyed their meals. The truffle fries were pretty much just regular fries there was not much of a difference.
I would definitely recommend staying here.

"We stayed in the associated two-bedroom apartment - Wonderful"
We enjoy space and the opportunity to have light meals prepared by us and hence opted to stay in a two bedroom apartment as part of the Montenotte Hotel complex with full access to all facilities. The layout and the quality of the rooms and the fittings were of a high standard and we settled in very quickly and very comfortably for the seven nights we stayed over New Year. The view from our apartment to the sunken garden of the hotel to the centre of the city from atop the hill was very pleasant indeed. We made good use of the swimming pool, the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room but failed to make a visit to the private cinema as we were busy most evenings - a nice idea however. Breakfast in the hotel each morning were wonderful - a great deal of choice and all very tasty....now for the post-holiday diet! The hotel is situated at the top of a hill - great to walk down to the centre - we opted to take a short taxi back (around 7-8€) most days. The staff at the hotel were extremely pleasant and helpful and helped to make our stay a memorable one.
