I confirm that I have stayed at PARK COTTAGE on the specified dates and my review is my honest opinion based on my personal experience of this property.

May 2012
Park Cottage is surrounded by open countryside and footpaths which lead to the village centre. The garden is perfect for families, large fenced in lawn area, big enough for ballgames, without having concerns about plants. Good, effective showers and plenty of equipment in the kitchen. A hit with our family.
Oct 2011
Used for a family celebration. Had a great time, even the deer coming close to the house were obviously laid on at no extra expense!! The home was not too modern which was excellent as it felt comfortable.
March 2011
We used Park Cottage for my wife’s 60th birthday celebration. It was lovely and spacious. It was a lovely location and generally, everything was wonderful. Any little problems were immediately dealt with by the owners. Local pub The Forresters Arms is very friendly. We also had a really lovely meal at the Monsoon Restaurant in Billingshurst just a few miles away. Smashing weekend!
Nov 2010
We were with three families and Park Cottage has rooms that make it possible te be together but also to have privacy with your own family (two stairs leading to seperate parts of the house and a big bedroom downstairs).
June 2010
Tranquil setting with plenty of wildlife e.g. deer, squirrels, foxes, rabbits, birds. Plenty of garden space for family games and BBQ.
Feb 2010
The cottage was delightful, set in beautiful grounds.
Dec 2009
The property was just what we wanted but was very poorly signposted and was extremely difficult to find in the dark; all the guests experienced problems finding it.
April 2008
The accommodation was excellent, fantastic facilities and to a very good standard it was also very clean set in a wonderful place.
July 2006
The cottage we stayed in was great - set in a stunning location, we found that our big group (12) were well catered for and we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. Thank you!
